A multi system or units are defined as outdoor units which can be matched to and serve, multiply No’ of indoor units.
The traditional idea of splits air-conditioning units is based on a single system build out of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, meaning each indoor unit can be connected to one dedicated outdoor and vise versa, the Multi concept is allowing the connection of several indoor units to one main outdoor unit.
This multi concept may be introduced under different products types and concept as DUO/TRIO/QUATTRO and Cinco, and under different technologies, such as variable capacities as DC inverters or regular fix speed units.
